Solicitor - Financial Services (2+ Years’ PQE)

About the opportunity

We are seeking a motivated solicitor with at least two years’ post‑admission experience to support partner Scott Abel and senior associate Andrew Suggate. In this role, you’ll work with a diverse client base which includes both domestic and international financial institutions, regulators, FinTech enterprises, and other financial service providers such as banks, fund managers, financial advice providers, brokers, payments businesses, and cryptocurrency service providers, all extending across New Zealand and abroad.

This includes work in relation to:

• the provision of financial services and the establishment, governance and disclosure of offers of financial products
• financial product design, establishment and distribution
