Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join an established and growing Glasgow-based team. You’ll play a key role in managing a small, capable team while handling a diverse range of corporate matters for a broad client base.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Ability to manage and support a small team
• Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, restructures and shareholder agreements
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing transactions from start to finish
