The successful candidate will play a pivotal role by applying their clinical negligence expertise to review case acceptance.This role is at the heart of decision making, ensuring that all appropriate leads are accepted quickly and confidently.

​The Legal Support Team also provide expert legal insight throughout the lifecycle of each case during the Medical Law Services (MLS) process, thereby supporting customers of MLS in identifying and resolving key issues should they arise.​
