We're working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is continuing to grow and is now looking to bring an experienced Residential Conveyancer into its expanding team.

The ideal candidate will be 3+ years PQE, who is an effective communicator and comfortable managing a busy caseload. The role involves handling a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters, with an average of 35 new instructions per month. This will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.

This is an office-based position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of the office. As the firm looks to expand its presence and client base, a genuine interest in business development and relationship building will be important. You'll be encouraged to get involved in growing the practice and shaping its future success.
