A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Court of Protection lawyer to join a progressive and expanding private client team in a predominantly remote position. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of Court of Protection and Attorneyship matters, including mental capacity issues, safeguarding concerns and ongoing support for vulnerable clients.
