Should be willing to learn new technologies 3. Capable of developing robust, high quality code from the specifications 4. Experience in J2EE, Struts, JSP, Servlets, EJB with experience in at least one of the popular RDBMS such as Oracle 5. Experience in development of stored procedures 6.
