Play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative architectural solutions that align with business goals and technology strategies. Primary Responsibilities

• Work very closely with ITMS Process Architect, Customer personnel, Business Analyst, IT support team and other technical team to ensure that business needs around implementation of ServiceNow platform re in a controlled and predictive manner.
