Job Description

We are seeking a Workday HCM functional specialist to support Korn Ferry sales partners in designing solutions that integrate Korn Ferry technology into Workday, including apps built on Workday Extend. In this role, you will apply your understanding of Workday HCM configuration, business processes, and downstream module impacts to help shape solution approaches that meet client needs.

About the Role

You will serve as a functional advisor, guiding internal teams on how configuration choices, business rules, and data structures in Workday HCM influence integration design and how they affect modules such as Recruiting, Performance, Talent, and Career Hub. This role focuses on translating Workday functional knowledge into practical solution guidance that enables scalable, compatible integrations—including technical architecture.
