Technical Architect / Senior Architect (Exchange / FIX API)
Responsibilities
Lead overall technical architecture design for exchange systems (crypto or traditional), covering matching, clearing, market data, and risk control. Own end-to-end design and optimization of FIX API, including protocol specs, interface design, documentation, and integration for institutional clients/liquidity providers. Drive architecture upgrades to improve scalability, security, and system performance. Lead solution reviews and coordinate engineering, QA, and ops teams to deliver architecture implementation. Establish technical standards and guide development teams on architecture best practices. Track industry trends (blockchain, distributed systems, financial protocols) and apply to business needs. Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment. Requirements
