Position Title: Solution Architect – Telecom Digital Channels

Location: Dubai

Department: Group IT / Enterprise Architecture / Digital IT

Reports To: Director of Enterprise Architecture & Business Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in the telecommunications industry and proven success delivering digital channel solutions. The role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-quality solution designs across customer-facing digital platforms such as mobile apps, web portals, self-care, eCommerce, CRM, and omnichannel journeys. The ideal candidate must be capable of leading the solution lifecycle from requirements understanding, architecture design, documentation, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, through delivery governance.
