Position Overview

            Technical Skills:  Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement Sales Service Marketing Field Service)  
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power BI Power Apps)  
Experience integrating CRM with banking systems (Core Banking ERP Payment Platforms Fraud Detection Systems)  
Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services  API development and middleware technologies 
Hands‑on experience with Dataverse SQL and JavaScript frameworks  
 Responsibilities and Scope  Design scalable, secure and high‑performance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions  tailored for banking operations 
Ensure seamless integration  of Dynamics CRM with core banking systems, payment gateways and third‑party financial applications 
Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams and technical roadmaps aligning with banking IT strategy
