IT Solution Delivery Manager – Lincoln (Hybrid) | Salary £65,000 to £75,000

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Solution Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of IT projects and programmes within a dynamic, growing well-known organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving high-quality technology delivery, ensuring projects are aligned to business priorities and deliver real value.

You will provide leadership across multiple IT initiatives, managing a team to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll ensure technology solutions support wider strategic goals while maintaining strong governance and delivery excellence.
