Roles and Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and design end-to-end warehouse solutions for B2C/B2B distribution models.
Develop optimized warehouse layouts including storage planning, picking strategies, and flow management.
Conduct time-motion studies and data analysis to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Evaluate and recommend material handling equipment, automation, and WMS integration suited for B2C/B2B models.
Prepare solution design documents, cost models, SOPs, and implementation timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, IT, automation, procurement) to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
Support business development teams in client presentations, technical proposals, and RFP responses.
Participate in pilot runs and go-live support for new projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in B2C/B2B warehousing
