This Solutions Engineer role supports customers and prospects across the APAC region, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to help organizations understand how Guardsquare's solutions fit into their mobile security strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Support the sales team during sales processes, demos, customer meetings, events and proof of concepts
• Guide prospects and customers through onboarding and implementation processes
• Deliver product demos and technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey, assisting with technical support and configuration questions
• Provide feedback from customers and prospects to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams
