Job Description
As part of our Project Management department, your role is to deliver every customer project on time, within budget and scope. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with Sales teams during the pre‑sales phase to define customer needs and demonstrate our solution value.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Gather, lead and federate project teams (both internal and external) to prepare key‑account roll‑out.
- Coordinate the different steps of the process and ensure timing and quality of deliveries.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
- Report and, when necessary, elevate issues to management.
- Establish, manage and maintain relations with the client and all stakeholders.
