• Drive IGA solutions backlog and roadmap management, ensuring focus on the highest-value initiatives
• Bring clarity through strong documentation that supports both internal teams and customer-facing use cases
• Support Professional Services and follow up on ongoing IGA projects to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes
• Actively support Sales, Pre-Sales by shaping and designing winning solutions for new customer cases
• Configure IGA solution in Pro platform and in Enterprise solutions, manage releases, and contribute to building product add-ons
• Own end-to-end use case planning—from customer needs and requirements to launch and adoption
