We are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our client team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will be integral to a team developing a Digital Self-Service tool aimed at providing assistance to customers experiencing financial distress. This position involves working on both legacy systems and new applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate and document business requirements into technical impacts, detailing integration points, impacted systems, and comprehensive solution-related information.
- Collaborate within squads during the design and delivery phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
