The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a motivated Solutions Architect Manager to join us in the U.K. In this role, you will be a key member of the Sales and Solutions Architect Management team and provide guidance to solutions architects, our technical presales experts. You'll be responsible for positioning Red Hat’s solutions and services to our end customers and partners by working with solutions architects and Sales Management, Consulting, Engineering, and Support teams to meet Red Hat's company-wide sales objectives.

**What you will do:**

+ Work with the regional Solutions Architect Management team to support and implement a common strategy for solutions architects in designated verticals
+ Ensure all solutions architects meet organizational objectives
+ Connect with senior management across business functions
+ Collaborate with the Sales Management team to build strategies and ensure sales objectives are met
+ Select, develop, and evaluate personnel
