Solutions Architect

Under the supervision of the Consultancy Manager, the Solutions Architect will work closely with the Sales team in positioning the technology/solutions and create organic opportunities for the BUs enterprise clients, driving growth in the enterprise portfolio. The role involves meeting with clients with enterprise requirements, designing a holistic solution based on profiling of customers' businesses, presenting the solution, handling technical discussions, and ensuring solution approval and implementation. The architect leads technical concerns during project implementation, follows up on installations for updates and upgrades, and promotes future client needs.
