The contractor will provide customer-facing technical and advisory services supporting Moveworks. Engagements are project-based and defined by specific scopes of work, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria agreed for each engagement.

Scope of Services

• Lead discovery and solution design activities for Moveworks Agent Studio engagements
• Translate business requirements into architectural and solution design artifacts
• Design conversational flows, integrations, and automation patterns for enterprise use cases
