Role Overview

The Solution Development Architect is a technical leader entrusted with the strategic planning, architectural design, and overall technical leadership of service development and delivery within Managed Services. This pivotal role requires in‑depth expertise in cloud technologies (Azure and AWS), infrastructure design, and the ability to steer the organization’s strategic vision for service development and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture and design principles for Managed Cloud Services.
• Lead the design and development of complex, high‑impact cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with external customers and partners to discover opportunities for improvements to our Managed Service offerings and capabilities.
