Position Overview

            Attends meetings with suppliers and clients; assists the sales team in clarifying technical concerns. 
Provides technical input during solution design and proposal development. 
Validates the bill of materials prepared by OpsTech Engineers. 
Supports site inspections and pre-deployment assessments. 
Ensures the project is deployed as committed to the client. 
Monitors implementation milestones to ensure alignment with technical scope and timelines. 
Assists in identifying and resolving technical issues during project implementation. 
Stays up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and integration best practices. 
Conducts technical site inspections and readiness checking. 
Performs equipment setup, basic configuration, and on-site testing. 
Reviews and organizes technical documentation (e.g., BOMs, wiring diagrams) as part of project preparation.
