Aspen Medical is seeking an experienced Solutions Lead to join our growing Business Development capability. Reporting to the General Manager – Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer insights, clinical expertise and emerging opportunities into innovative, scalable healthcare solutions that deliver real-world impact.

Working closely with Business Development, Operations, Customer Success and clinical stakeholders, you'll lead the design, development and delivery of new health offerings from early discovery and customer co-design through to proof of concept, pilot delivery and commercial readiness.
