About the role

This role focuses on supporting service assurance and day-to-day operations across enterprise products. As a Solutions Officer, you will help manage product-wide issues such as service disruptions, product fixes, and platform transition initiatives, including 2G sunset programs.

You will work closely with Product, IT, and Network teams to resolve issues, ensure service continuity, and improve overall product performance. A key part of the role is coordinating across teams and translating technical issues into clear, actionable updates while maintaining focus on the end-to-end user journey.
