Description and Requirements
The Solutions & Services Executive (SSE) is the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for frontline sales, responsible for nurturing and owning the relationship between SSG and customers throughout the entire deal lifecycle. The SSE orchestrates deals that align with customer needs, drives growth discussions including land-and-expand strategies, and initiates technical conversations to ensure successful solution delivery. This role also involves building strong relationships with partners and sellers to maximize service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
