Job Description
The Solutions Support Coordinator assists in development and management of processes for any Managed Solutions accounts; assists in coaching Operations team members on Transportation Management System (TMS) functionality and processes; and provides feedback and direction to training and systems functionality. The Solutions Support Coordinator demonstrates superior analytical and inter-personal skills while working with the ArcBest Managed team, ArcBest's carrier partners, and other internal ArcBest departments. This position supports data and shipment management and performs analyses needed to detect inefficiencies using our TMS platform.
Responsibilities
