You will engage guests table-side, recommend wines that complement food, present and decant with precision, and answer questions about origins, styles and pairings. Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B Manager on wine lists, curate a balanced selection, manage stock, implement FIFO, train staff, and support smooth floor service during busy periods.
