Job Introduction

South Lodge, a part of the Exclusive Collection, is home to a Michelin-starred restaurant, an award-winning spa, and the lakeside lodges, The Reeds, which offer a serene retreat where nature, luxury, and wellbeing meet. Together, they create an environment that embodies elegance, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will join as a Sommelier at the Michelin starred restaurant, The Pass, playing a key role in delivering a refined and memorable dining experience within our award-winning restaurant. Working closely with the Sommelier team and chefs, you will support the smooth running of service, ensuring wines are presented with confidence and care while enhancing the overall guest journey.

This role would be ideally suited to someone with previous Sommelier experience at a restaurant with a Michelin star or AA Rosette.
