Overview


To provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in Sonography subjects.


Responsibilities


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Conducting individual or small group tutoring in person or online

+ Communicating with instructors, program director and students

+ Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions/hours.


Qualifications

Education/ Experience

+ Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.

+ ARDMS or ARRT certification required.

+ Undergrad or Post-graduate degree is preferred.

+ Peer tutors must have earned “A” or “B” in the courses they wish to tutor, an overall 3.0 GPA, Sonography clinical experience, and an approval from the program director.
