Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical assistance—both remotely and on-site—ensuring smooth installation and optimal performance of KONE solutions.
Guarantee that all installations meet customer specifications and ride comfort expectations.
Participate in audits, pilot new products and solutions, and implement improvements that enhance quality and efficiency across operations.
Collaborate closely with general teams to develop installation methods and troubleshooting tools, ensuring processes remain effective and up to date.
Coach and mentor local trainers and employees during site visits, and deliver scheduled technical training sessions in partnership with global and local training centers.
