What you’ll do

• Oversee and supervise processes and procedures within the Sort Centre daily.
• Manage and lead a large team, ensuring performance and efficiencies are in place and are maintained daily.
• Communicate effectively and involve team in quality improvement groups to drive efficiencies.
• Handle daily financial activities required for office performance, budgets and manpower planning requirements.
• Ensure all quality checks are carried out in line with company process and procedures.
• Adopt a professional and courteous manner at all times when dealing with staff, customers and visitors.
• Maintain good housekeeping in line with H&S controls.
