Capacity & Demand Planning: Negotiate and secure capacity & CT of wafer, assembly, and test services to meet product roadmaps and revenue goals.
Cost Optimization: Lead should-cost analysis, drive competitive RFQs (Request for Quotations), pricing benchmarking and negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve cost reduction targets.
Manufacturing Service Agreement (MSA): Participate in the drafting of MSA. Review the adequacy of MSA to ensure manufacturing delivery commitment and financial obligation by the suppliers. Enforce the T&C of MSA.
Others: Company’s advocate to escalates and resolve commercial & delivery issues. Participate in QBR with the suppliers and drive commercial improvements.
