Sourcing Manager

Currently seeking a Sourcing Manager for a leading FMCG/Supply Chain Management company based in Umhlanga. The purpose of the role is:

To develop and institutionalise a 1-3 year sourcing and vendor management strategy for both operational and capex procurement. To set up sourcing agreements for all operational and capex stock. To ensure market competitiveness between suppliers. To manage contract adherence and tender processes. To drive sustainability, SHREQ and BEEE objectives across the supplier base. To manage supplier reliability to the point of IFS warehouse or site delivery. To drive increased contract coverage and spend across the Group and across the categories. To manage the stock availability at the various operational sites through planning, call off and management of the stock from point of source to point of consumption.
