Responsibilities Serves as principal monitor of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the Supplier Operations area, as the selection of sourcing strategies is a key driver of all procurement KPIs. Researches and analyzes KPI data that illustrates Vendor/Supplier Effectiveness (V/SE), Production Lead Time (PLT), Administrative Lead Time (ALT), Supplier Readiness (Surge), and Procurement Cost as a Percentage of Sales. Analyzes and evaluates supply chain functions including best practices, lessons learned, and effective multi-functional approaches to identify the best strategic sourcing decisions in developing recommendations. Develops guidelines regarding use and/or adaptation of techniques for assessing and evaluating quantified study results.
