Sourcing & Vendor Development Executive – Food Packaging / Printing
We are looking for a Sourcing & Vendor Development Executive for a remote split-shift role.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding product requirements clearly, finding suitable vendors, sending RFQs, comparing quotations, negotiating with vendors, and presenting the best vendor options before final quotation is sent to the client.
This role is not only about forwarding RFQs. The candidate must first understand the product specifications properly and then approach the right vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Understand product requirements in detail before sending RFQs
Clarify specifications such as size, GSM, material, printing type, lamination, quantity, packing, and delivery terms
Source vendors through Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, 1688, and similar platforms
Send RFQs to multiple suitable vendors
Compare vendor quotations in detail against price, MOQ, lead time...
