Overview
Location: 4951 - 110 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (may vary based on business needs) – fully in office.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop a team of hourly kitchen employees.
- Manage performance metrics on safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and morale; provide regular progress reports to the Sr. Manager, Production; conduct root cause analyses if off‑target; drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain upkeep of the kitchen, including equipment and inventory.
- Ensure the kitchen operates with the highest health and safety standards in alignment with federal and provincial requirements.
- Track and manage food storage, rotation, and quality.
- Work closely with other departments to execute plant‑wide process improvement initiatives.
