We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a high-volume hospitality venue in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role within a busy kitchen delivering approximately 200-250 bistro covers per day, alongside a sports bar offering a streamlined menu.
Working closely with a long-standing and beloved Head Chef, you'll be part of a stable team environment where hard work is valued, standards are high and kitchen culture matters just as much as the food leaving the pass.
