Argyll Holidays are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a full-time, permanent role at Drimsynie Holiday Village, one of Scotland's leading holiday parks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven chef who is confident running a kitchen and maintaining consistently high standards of food and service. Live in accommodation can be provided for the right candidate as a subsidised cost.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, stepping up to lead in their absence.
* Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring dishes are cooked and presented to a high standard.
* Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
