Job Introduction
Here at the world renowned Glenfiddich Distillery, we are recruiting for a Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food. Also, to supervise service and operations where delegated, including public outlets, special events and large catering, private dining and VIP housing provisions.
Main Responsibility
As well as supporting our Head Chef in delivering excellence across all visitor centre operations, the Sous Chef will ensure the highest standards in service and food quality within their own output along with any delegated supervision and development of other chefs. Contribute to the creative design and implementation of new dishes, menus and services.
Our Ideal Candidate
