ROLE: Sous Chef

SALARY: Up to £42,000 per annum

HOURS: 42 hours contract

LOCATION: Berwick Street, Soho London

OPPORTUNITY: An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the opening team of a new Australian Sushi QSR.

Who we are looking for: 

• Strong Japanese culinary experience preferred 

• At least 2 years management experience in high volume casual dining or QSR site

• A reliable and energetic leader
