We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef – Pastry to support the leadership of our pastry kitchen and help drive high-quality, creative offerings across restaurant and event service.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to oversee daily pastry operations, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency across the resort. You’ll play a key leadership role in guiding the team, maintaining standards and contributing to menu development in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
