IDB Invest is seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Lead Officer for the Southern Cone to supervise a portfolio of loans and guarantees across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay. You will evaluate credit risk, coordinate with Risk and Legal teams, and mentor team members to optimize performance and developmental impact.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field and at least six years in credit evaluation or project financing, with fluency in Spanish and English.
