We are looking for a SOX Specialist to join a P& C insurance organization in Toronto, Ontario on a Contract basis.

This Contract opportunity is well suited to a detail-oriented individual who can strengthen compliance documentation, evaluate internal controls, and contribute directly to a major controls enhancement initiative. The role offers a hands-on environment for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Review and refresh SOX and NI 52-109 control documentation to align with current business processes and compliance expectations.
