POSITION SUMMARY

Maintain cleanliness and order of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounge areas, wet areas, and back-of-house spaces. Clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms before and after each service according to spa hygiene standards. Ensure proper placement and replenishment of amenities in treatment rooms, locker rooms, and pool areas.
Collect, sort, and dispose of used linens and trash in designated areas, following safety and hygiene procedures.
Stock and restock towels, linens, slippers, robes, and spa supplies throughout the spa facilities. Refill hospitality stations with water, tea, and refreshments, ensuring cleanliness at all times. Secure supplies, equipment, and storage areas at the end of each shift. Monitor spa facilities to ensure a clean, quiet, and relaxing environment for guests.
