Spa Receptionist | 5-Day Work Week At Apex Wellness, we create relaxing and memorable spa experiences for every guest. We are looking for a friendly, professional Spa Receptionist who enjoys interacting with people and delivering excellent service.
Your Role - Welcome clients and manage appointment bookings
- Ensure smooth front desk and daily spa operations
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in English and Chinese
- Support therapists and internal team members
- Provide attentive and courteous customer service
What We’re Looking For - Singaporean / PR / LTVP holders
- Presentable and confident communicator
- Able to converse with Chinese-speaking clients
- Positive attitude with strong service mindset
- Experience in reception or customer service is a plus
