Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests in a warm professional manner.
  • Manage appointments, bookings and client inquiries.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs and payment processing.
  • Maintain reception area standards and client records.
  • Promote spa treatments, packages, memberships and retail products.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and enhance the guest experience.
  • Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, spa or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with confidence in recommending services and products.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of spa services and wellness products is an advantage.
