Tenaya Stone Spa Receptionists are responsible for meeting the needs of Guests by providing exemplary Guest service regarding Spa and fitness requests that include phone, email, and face-to-face interaction. Receptionists provide Guests with the most accurate information regarding Tenaya Stone Spa and fitness offerings, recommending specific treatments/classes to Guests while working in close liaison with the Hotel Guest Services Assistants and Front Office team of all three hotels to ensure service solutions for Guests using available resources.

**Responsibilities :**

+ Manage a high volume of incoming calls from Guests and Cast while maintaining high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward Guests/Cast with each and every call
+ Maintain a significant amount of spa and fitness product knowledge, sales strategy, policies and procedure, and Disneyland Resort information
