Maintain a clean organized and welcoming environment in treatment rooms and spa areas 
Educate guests on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate products for home use 
Actively participate in retail sales by suggesting suitable spa products to guests 
Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and industry trends 
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless spa operations and guest satisfaction 
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain proper hygiene standards
