Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Provide consistent professional spa massage in accordance with spa standards 
Ensure high level of service standards 
Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa 
Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products 
Replenishment of stock, towel supplies etc. 
Handle customer care queries and concerns efficiently and politely 
Follow and comply with the instructions given by spa manager
