Reporting to the Head of Space Planning & Visual Merchandise this role is responsible for creating and maintaining customer-focused planograms across multiple merchandise categories and store formats in Australia and New Zealand. You will drive space & GMROM productivity, improve stock availability through accurate planogram execution, centralised ordering alignment and ongoing range review cycles.
Using Macro Space Planning tools, you will analyse store performance, deliver actionable space optimisation recommendations and ensure strong store data integrity across the fleet using space planning software.
This is a key role supporting range execution, store layout and overall commercial performance across the Baby Bunting network.
